Major General Gus McLachlan AO (Retd) is a distinguished senior executive with a proven track record of leading large, complex organizations to exceptional results across both the public and private sectors. His military career culminated in commanding Land Forces Command in the Australian Army, overseeing 35,000 personnel and spearheading transformative initiatives in drone, cyber, and electronic warfare.
