To be a powerful teacher we must be ambitious. I'm not talking about teacher of the year or the next promotion. I mean helping out kids reach a high goal! To do that we must be their best coach! Research, set goals, train, etc. Seriously if you haven't read The Handbook for the New Art and Science of Teaching by Robert J. Marzano you need to! Yes, this is an affiant link but I wouldn't push it if it wasn't valuable! I've learned so much already. It's easy to read and easy to implement! You got this!
