In this catch all episode finishing Chapter 6, Paul and his friends review the influence of mental health trials on our living spirit. Flies—well, you'll just have to listen. But is it good to be a childish spirit? Child-like is one thing, but childish? Like I say, you'll just have to listen and form your own wisdom about it.
Without much teaching about being a spirit and how to function as a spirit, you probably have justifiable questions trying to make sense of what you experience when God speaks to you or angels/demons are perceptible to you. That fits exactly with Jesus' description of you to Nicodemus, in John 3.
