Understanding how feminine and masculine energy relates to your business can have a great impact on your business growth.
Men and women tend to operate from a different place in the way they approach business, and for many decades the advice we’ve been given in books and trainings have had a very masculine focused approach.
With the rise of more female entrepreneurs choosing to take a leap of faith and start and operate their business from their feminine, and then balance that with their masculine energy, we’re learning that there isn’t a black and white approach to how you need to “do” business.
And that perhaps we’ve been missing a big piece of the puzzle that’s been overlooked as “woo”. And if you’ve struggled with having that growth in your business, or feel yourself often meeting resistance, it could be because of what the books and business rules have not been teaching you about energetic balance and alignment.
In todays episode I have a special guest for you whose going to share her story about how this dynamic of energies played a role in her journey of co-owning a business and how this experience empowered her to learn to lead more with her feminine rather then hide that important component that has made her such a powerful woman in business.
Katie Groves is the co-founder and Chief Brand & Marketing Officer as well as Lead Interior Designer of Studio 882 Furniture and Design in Philadelphia. Since then she has started two additional businesses, marketing for furniture manufacturers and has created a magazine about interior design for the greater Philadelphia Area (to tell the stories of great design and great designers within our area).
