Sitting on my couch in my room, after a nice warm meal, never felt so good!!! I've never felt so scared in my life!!! My hands started to shake, and my knees felt weak. Even after I found my car and I was able to relax, I felt like I had to throw up. Probably bc of the stress - both physical and mental - that feeling lost in the woods had on my body. It was terrifying, but at the same time it was the most exciting experience I've had in awhile! I felt ALIVE!!! It really makes me appreciate the boring, safe life I have.
