In this episode, I share a recent experience I had where I was able to heal a past version of self from the power of the ever-present now moment. What was so powerful about this moment was that the memory I have of this past moment included the recognition of the presence of a guardian angel or spirit guide. It wasn't until a week ago that this memory from over 20 years ago came full circle in a way that brought me to tears.
