Born and raised in a small Michigan community, Coach Kim has always had a love for helping others, a heart for animals and a passion for personal growth.
When she sustained a TBI (traumatic brain injury) in 2015 her battle with and for her brain took her on a journey of education and discovery that led her to becoming a certified Life Coach in 2019 and a Transformational Life coach in 2020.
Her relationship and eventual marriage to a man with ADHD created a desire, and need, to study ADHD and relationships affected by ADHD symptoms. And in 2021 she earned her ADHD-focused couples therapy certification.
In her journey to find her own peace in what seemed to be a world of chaos, Kim has found techniques and practical tools that can be used by anyone to find more peace in their ADHD affected relationships and in life.
