On Sunday afternoon The Chapel filled with lots of our biggest supporters, joining us for “Let’s get selfish” where we held a live podcast by @the.selfishpodcast with special guests @amysmithhairstylistau and @alice.thechapel
To begin the episode Steph & Chloe talked a bit of smack and covered topics including:
- what you wear to bed (silk nighty vs tshirt & undies)
- the merits and pitfalls of voice notes, and
- Maccas win of the year
We then discuss Astro - there is so much going on at the moment including full moon (23 May) and the luckiest day of the year (also 23 May). We also welcome in Gemini and pulled a card.
Alice and Amy, founders of The Chapel then joined us on the coach and we covered:
- their respective professional and personal journeys
- the birthing of The Chapel (origin story that started at the pizza lockdown)
- self-care rituals.
