On this episode, I have the pleasure of having Jola Grace Emmanuel aka 'The Soul Doctor' with me.
Jola shared her experience of being in an abusive relationship for 16years as a pastor's wife. The signs of abuse, coercive control, as well as the impact of the abuse on her mental and physical health.
She explains why it is essential to forgive, her healing journey, and discovering herself. She also shared how she is now thriving and helping others to recover and build their self-confidence.
Jola Grace helps the broken, hurt, emotionally wounded, and abused to heal, recover, develop the ability to believe in their abilities and feel good about themselves.
She is a Mental Health Advocate; a certified Life Coach, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapist, an Emotional Freedom Technique & Matrix Re-imprinting Therapist.
She has come from a place of pain, low self-esteem, depression, and suicide ideation to a place of confidence, wholeness, fearlessness, and PURPOSE.
She has a mandate to help people understand relationship dynamics so they can live their best lives, feel good about themselves, recover from traumatic experiences, develop healthy self-esteem, boost self-confidence and self-worth for maximum productivity in every area of their lives.
