Karissa Bodnar launched Thrive Causemetics, a vegan direct-to-consumer cosmetics brand in 2015 with the mission of “Bigger than Beauty.” She began her career as a makeup artist and product developer/cosmetic chemist prior to starting Thrive Causemetics and now Bigger Than Beauty Skincare.
