What You Need to Know is that part of the problem with lawfare is that the pursuit of legal justice has allowed lawyering to turn into a racket of sorts. In many class action lawsuits, the lawyers often make more from the settlement than the plaintiffs. We are seeing more and more of a law racket. Lawfare is a symptom of the deterioration of the American legal system into a racket. This has been encouraged through the lack of accountability.
