Back in 2021, while wearing masks during a pandemic, we had the opportunity to visit one of Nashville’s Best Restaurants Etch and interview their Sommelier Rob Guimaraes.
Etch is seriously one of our favorite restaurants to eat at and Rob is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wine. We thought it would be cool to release this wine tasting we did with Rob as a podcast. We love Etch and want to spread the word about this great Nashville Restaurant.
