In this episode they discuss navigating their way through cancer treatment, whilst also dealing with the physical, psychological and emotional changes that come as a result of their diagnosis. We talk body image, confidence, self esteem and climbing mountains (both literally and figuratively!) and how movement is a powerful tool to combat the physical and mental side effects of cancer.
