As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. We need other men in our corner. We need to have a band of brothers around us that we contribute to, and build up, and who in turn build us up. In this episode we continue the concept of building relationships that we started last week, and I interview Dean Miller the head pastor at Front Range Baptist Church. We identify what it means to be an extrovert, how sometimes, being an extrovert can be a hindrance to relationships, how we can use our liabilities as assets to build better connections, and how we work to get out of our own way in relationship building.
