Your goal should be to find the best 2-4 channels for your membership by running very simple tests, and then create automated processes with the most effective channels, so you can be as hands off as you want to be with your marketing efforts. The key is finding channels where you can acquire new paying members at a rate that is less than what the member spends with you over the lifetime of their membership (cLTV), and doubling down on those channels.
