In today's episode we are diving into the importance of establishing a hub of positive emotions that uplifts, empowers and inspires you on a daily basis. We’re talking about positive emotions, those internal feel-good moments that emerge when we think and act a certain way that supports and uplift our well-being. To explain the importance of creating such hub, we will be using the cognitive behavioural therapy triangle as an example and the acronym C.A.K.E which derives from positive psychology.
