Michelle MacLean is National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and skills mentor for health coaches who is passionate about supporting new health coaches embrace the coach approach.
She is a graduate of IIN and has worked for the school for the past 9 years as a coaching circle facilitator and more recently on the faculty of IIN's Coaching Intensive Practicum, providing feedback to new coaches on their coaching skills.
After noticing how unprepared students were to actually coach clients, Michelle developed her own courses and resources to help coaches improve their skills and better understand the coaching process and structure.
