I want to share with you a powerful exercise I lead people through on my retreats and corporate events called Inviting and Rejecting. What you invite in to your mind and heart makes a big difference in how you live. Equally, what you reject helps you create intentional spaces that block out the things you don't want to be part of your life. And more importantly, when you name it out loud, you give power to what you're inviting in! You have a choice with how you show up in the world. And what spaces you create for yourself and others. I share few examples of how this has played out for my clients and I get vulnerable about times when this tool was invaluable for me personally! It's a powerful tool for so many contexts. So take a listen and then think about what you are inviting and rejecting in your life. Then say it out loud!
