In this episode I talk with my dear friend Wibbs Coulson who is a nurse and a yoga teacher. Wibbs uses his long experience in cardiology and A&E, to make a difference to his patients in a few moments of breathing. He's not making it up either - the monitors tell their story. It becomes THEIR story of managing their own well-being - inspired by the most simple suggestion. It's a compelling listen and I doubt you will be able to completely ignore the invitation to make such an easy difference to yourself.
