This week I have the pleasure of speaking with the wonderful Richard Atherton, a coach, consultant, well-being enthusiast, and partner and leadership development specialist for FirstHuman, a firm dedicated to unleashing human potential in the workplace. FirstHuman provides services such as Leadership Development, Change Management, Team Building, Executive Coaching, and Management Consulting. In this episode Richard talks about his work, his life and gives some great insights into his therapeutic journey, specifically with primal therapy.

I work as a therapist and holistic therapeutic consultant in the UK and incorporate different modalities into the therapeutic sessions and offer different approaches including counselling & psychotherapy, energy healing, and hypnotherapy. I’m also a Spiritual Medium and have worked across the UK in spiritualist churches and other forums demonstrating mediumship and life after death connecting people with their loved ones and those who have moved on to the world of spirit.
