Jesse has cultivated a co-living brand (Growth House) and real estate portfolio. He takes homes, adds bedrooms, and rents out the rooms individually. We've seen this before, but Jesse took it a step further. He's specifically marketed his homes for entrepreneurs who want to better each other and share common interests. This means there's a true community and respect for his homes you typically don't see. After purchasing just two of these homes, he had enough cash flow to cover all his expenses!
