Sarah has long had a deep connection with Spirit and spirituality, growing up in a spiritually attuned family, learning to read tarot cards and taking energy healing courses as a teen and young adult, and finally doing a Masters degree in psychology, connecting her love for woo with science and practical applications.
In this episode, Sarah explains that exploring past life regression (based on the belief in reincarnation) can help us better understand our current lives, patterns and challenges we may face, as well as relationships. She also shares her own experience with past life regression - the first time doing so using self-guided meditation and the second using an in-person facilitator. This was SUCH a fascinating episode and I'm so keen to learn more!
