My guest this week is Alex Galbally. Daddy to triplet girls, Annabella, Florence and Lottie, husband to Charlotte, Father to Henry and their youngest son, Jimmy. Alex has been documenting his life as a dad, mostly on Instagram following the birth of their girls just over five years ago. In our conversation, we spoke about their first pregnancy with Henry and why he felt that pregnancy happened at the right time in his life. The moment he found out that he was going to be a Dad to triplets and the challenges that came with a multiple pregnancy, why he's chosen to continue working full time in his day job alongside the work he does on social media and why, more recently, he's decided to talk so openly about his mental health struggles and how this has helped him personally, as well as others that follow him.
