In this episode I talk to Jay and Sabrina about their start in event production, how they were doing social media marketing before it became a business term, how fulfulling your own needs can become a business model, the importance of trusting yourself & your ideas, putting the spotlight on the people around you rather than yourself, invisible ways your business can grow, the difficulties & importance of funding and infrastructure, what happens when personal & business life blend together, moving from a place of excitement as a strategy, and doing all of this with an energy that values acceptance and treating everyone like family.
