Conflict of Identity & Role in the Home: Ways for Men to Discover, Adapt, and Balance the Integrity of Masculinity and Femininity in Their Marriage and Intimate Partnership
Manage episode 454814820 series 3389232
Masculinity has been a hot topic lately. It’s been hotly debated how a man should express his masculinity not only outside the home but also inside the home, where it should be safe. Many times, men are left to their own devices as they continue to struggle to connect with women and vice versa.
The key problem of misunderstanding that leads to conflict impacts both men and women. Conflict is not only outside of the home but also inside the home, the place that should be our safe landing spot—our safe space. One reason for the conflict is men who don’t understand their distinct masculinity and its dynamic relation to femininity, all the more with their changing role in our culture and society.
Join me with my special guest, Jeffrey Klubeck, for this important episode as we discuss how men can better understand masculinity, discover its complementary strength with femininity, and how they can better express, manage, and balance these strengths within and with the women they love at home in integrity.
