Today’s guest is Sunny Bayne. She is a personal trainer, owner of sunny Bayne fitness and co-owner of The Sol Collection.
She’s dedicated to helping people heal holistically through fitness and wellness.
Sunny’s approach to training is different because she believes in the ahimsa, respect for all living things, and avoidance of violence towards others. The gym environment can be a judgmental place and it’s her mission to help people feel confident and supported so their health journey will be fulfilling and sustainable.
Her philosophy is that all bodies are worthy of movement and movement comes in countless forms. She has experienced firsthand how movement can transform, impact, and change the trajectory of people's lives. Healing through exercise is her favorite thing to teach people and to experience with her clients.
