Recently we have witnessed a wellbeing climate change in the workplace, which has had a negative impact on mental health and wellbeing.
With this new podcast series, we will be discussing how we tame the tiger.
In this episode we introduce our illustrious hosts, Ross Abbott and Ellice Whyte. Our hosts will be talking about the concept of 'taming the tiger', exploring what the concept is and how it links to Mental Health & Wellbeing.
What is the tiger?
The tiger is the danger, the trigger that can impact our wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around us. When talking about 'Taming the Tiger' we're referring to how we deal with the dangers and threats to our wellbeing which we all face.
Monthly, we have whipped up a host of tamers from across diverse industries to explore what the Tiger looks like to them, how they go about taming the tiger and if they have tamed the tiger for others.
