You’ve probably heard that along with any number of other animal-related metaphors that all mean the same thing.

Size matters and if you’re the little guy, get the f*ck out of the way.

SO much posturing bullshit these days. Doesn’t seem to matter whether win or lose. If win, there’s gloating, bullying and entitlement. If lose there’s pointing blame, complaining and catastrophizing.

Newsflash - both are bullshit.

What if the answer isn’t this or that but this AND that? What if the answer is equity that doesn’t mean everyone is precisely equal, but that everyone gets what they need? What if the answer is standing for the one who’s being crushed and hold steady in the onslaught of the perceived power from the one that is crushing?

That’s where we go this week - courtesy of a Percheron (draft horse) named Ariel, and a teensy pony-sized Bay horse named Pocket Rocket.
