OVERVIEW
When you open up the Book of Leviticus, you only get two verses in before you encounter the first teaching about animal sacrifice. At this point, many readers decide to skip this book and move onto something a little less intense and a little less confusing.
But even though Jesus has changed the picture for us, what if there’s still some significant things to learn from this ancient text about our God and ourselves?
