In this episode, I am having a discussion with Tonie Lough, who is a Beautiful Mother of a Son,a Fitness Coach for Moms and an Entrepreneur, she understands and advises every mother to be active from Body & Mind. She has a mission to create awareness about Fitness which is very important for a mother. She herself is a very active mom and wants other moms also to be fit and happy.
She is super fit and her pregnancy journey was so inspiring that she always emphasize mothers to be active and happy. She loves to do exercises, playing with her son, jogging, running is her favourite regime. She has recently during lockdown written a book "Getting to the Core of Postpartum Fitness”, which is a wonderful gift to all the moms in the world, where she has requested mothers to practice breathing exercises, which can help them with proper posture. if you have any connection in your body, a breathing technique can help you to get with it,

And she has given us great advice for not having a good day, relaxing the day without thinking anything, giving space for yourself and making it just easy going.
Her only mantra to all the Mothers around the world is to move ahead although you have other things to do which you cannot ignore is include any sort of fitness routine in your life.
