Big Red F has a litany of restaurants across the community, but today we're talking about JAX Fish House & their 30 years operating in the Colorado community. Being open for 30 years is a feat in and of itself, especially in this day and age... we are talking with Dana & Dave about the trials, tribulations and all the joys that life long hospitality folks encounter. From staying afloat during the pandemic to navigating the ominous scenes of 9/11 23 years ago.. we touch on all the historical times.
Despite the highlighting of the tough times, there are many smiles & joys that come with restuarant ownership as well. We chat about how they fell in love, fell in love with the hospitality industry & what it's like running a 10+ restaurant group.
