He is currently working with Augustine Eguaveon (Technical Director - Nigeria Football Federation and interim manager of the Super Eagles). Coach Educator and Instructor Educator for US Soccer Federation- basically he trains the coaches Founder and President of Football Coaches Association of Africa Nations- FCAAN - the large coaching association in Africa. As a coach in America has won National Championship with a collegiate Women's team. Author of a book- Bridge the Gender Gap in Sports Leadership. Co-author of Developing a Model Soccer Club. Currently NFF Consultant on Coaching and Development. Holds dozens of Licenses and certificates. Holds UEFA B and A Licenses. Holds US Soccer B and A License. Holds USC Premier Diploma.
