A few days ago, I was exhausted. Again. Overwhelmed. Again. Because so much to do. And supergirl asked if I wanted to come take a break with her and if she could paint my nails. I did NOT have the time. But she asked (a grumpy 16-year-old) and I felt I had to oblige. Stressed and restless at the beginning something remarkable happened at the end… I still had way too much to do but instead of how I felt an hour earlier, I felt happy, energized, had a clear mind, and felt I could take on the world.
