I've been on a bit of a social media detox AND been very diligent about using the "do not disturb" feature on my iphone. It's been immensly helpful in reducing some stress and anxiety and keeping me focused on work (and my kiddos).

I'm explorinig how these digital technologies can impact us -- including productivity, mental health, and memory.
