I'll dive into how meaningful connections are, how cultivating consistency is key in life, and how important YOU are to you. Connection is your responsibility; how are you achieving connections in your life?
I'm sharing a few studies about how keeping consistent routines helps to increase happiness. What is keeping you from being consistent? What is the fuel in your tank? What is motivating you? Taking care of yourself and focusing on yourself is important. Finding value in connection, consistency, and yourself will help you reach your goals and keep moving forward.
