He then encourages leveraging short forms of content as it is easily consumed. He states on creating content based on your clients rather than creating content for yourself. Nolan also talks about the importance of giving value to get reciprocated with value also. He then talks about having a better return of investments running ads on Youtube rather than running them on other social media platforms. He then talks about where the coaching industry is heading and how collaboration between coaches and programs will shake out the bad products or programs. He then finishes off the episode talking about how the coaching and fitness industry is moving towards collaboration events in the future.
