This month, we've been exploring the theme of self-development. Today, our focus shifts to mindset. I’m particularly inspired by Edith Eger, a Holocaust survivor, speaker, and author of The Gift: 14 Lessons to Save Your Life.
In the book, Dr. Eger says that the worst prison she experienced wasn’t the concentration camp, but the prison she created in her mind. Wow. Dr. Eger's profound insights remind us that regardless of our circumstances, our mindset holds the key to resilience, healing, and fulfillment.
