In today's episode I had the honor of speaking with the fabulous Dorianne St. Fleur of Your Career Girl in our girl chat series!!!

Dorriane St. Fleur is an HR leader who ACTUALLY knows what it takes to succeed in Corporate America. She is privy to the conversations going on behind closed doors and has insight into the minds of recruiters, hiring managers, execs and business leaders. This has allowed her to support women as they secure $15,000, 45,000 and even $90,000 raises, break through their confusion and overwhelm and make huge career shifts, navigate the office politics so they can get promoted into senior leadership and get access to game changing career opportunities.

Dorianne's will to pursue her passion has afforded her the opportunity to land her own dream career in the Diversity and Inclusion Department at Google, now that's a major accomplish (I'm so excited I get to say I know somebody that works at Google, lol) and do so why being a mother AAAANNNDDD running her full time business over at Your Career Girl.
