On September 20, 1988, 19-year-old Tara Calico vanished while riding her bike along an isolated New Mexico highway, leaving behind only a broken Sony Walkman radio and the ejected cassette tape it once held.
Throughout the decades since Tara vanished, however, several bizarre photos of a young woman who closely resembled the missing girl have turned up in the strangest places across America - literally, from coast to coast.
