Daniel McNamara
Founder of Polpo Capital
Polpo Capital was founded in 2021 by Daniel McNamara. Prior to founding Polpo, McNamara was a CMBS Portfolio Manager for 9 years at MP Securitized Credit Fund and launched a CMBX/Regional Mall Short Fund in 2020.
This experience led Dan to launch Polpo Capital. McNamara has been investing in the fixed income markets with a focus on structured products & CMBS for 20 years.
Polpo invests in CMBS based on a bottom-up approach with a heavy emphasis on CMBS underwriting, while weighing macroeconomic factors. The approach has allowed McNamara and the team to profit from opportunities on both the long and short side of the CMBS market.
McNamara graduated from Amherst College.
Lonnie Hendry

With a background spanning 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, he is charged with enhancing Trepp's client relationships across all business lines and product verticals. Lonnie is also the co-host of the weekly CRE show with more than 700K listens, The TreppWire Podcast.
Lonnie leads a global team of more than 20 product management and development professionals, working to assist clients with accomplishing their strategic goals through a variety of Trepp products, customized advisory services, and solutions.
Mr. Hendry's professional experience includes conventional multifamily property management and development, commercial and residential leasing, brokerage, and appraisal.
Lonnie earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Sustainability from the University of Texas at Arlington where he also received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development.
In addition to his responsibilities at Trepp, Mr. Hendry is an adjunct faculty member at Texas Tech University
