Hello and Welcome to another episode of the Cosmic Nurse podcast
In this episode I share my story of a recent work ceremony with Ketamine that I did with Indigenous elders. The participants were a variety of mental health professionals, doctors, anesthesiologists, and nurses, all with an interest in the potential of Ketamine.
This conversation is about the importance of integrating experiences with psychedelics. It is suggested that psychedelics can offer an alternative way of healing and coming back to oneself. Integration is a key part of this work, as it allows individuals to gain insight into their inner consciousness.
Integrating psychedelic experiences involves putting the missing pieces of ourselves back together and feeling whole again. They can offer an insight into the unknown, but it is important to take time to integrate the experience afterwards.
