In this episode we're going to be talking about exercise + nutrition + our hormones and what shifts and changes as we are going through these perimenopausal years.

And when we're talking about our body composition, I'm really going to be focusing on how so many of the things that used to work to help you tighten your body or shift your composition simply are not working anymore.

As we are moving into perimenopause and menopause, there are a lot of different factors and things that are changing behind the scenes.

And if we don't have an honest conversation with ourselves about that, and more importantly, we don't understand some of the bigger changes happening, it can feel very frustrating when all of our efforts don’t pay off like they used to.

We're going to get into the specifics and talk about exercise and really selecting for yourself what is the best for you at this time in your life.
