Today on the show, we're talking about Michigan and Michigan State Football, the Detroit Lions, and more as we were joined by some of our great guests. We kicked off the show talking with Ahmed Fareed from NBC Sports as he was just in Paris for the Olympics. He and Huge talked about why they liked this year's games more than some in the past, talked about some of their favorite sports they watched, and more. We were then joined by Clayton Sayfie from theWolverine.com for a quick Michigan update. He talked about Harbaugh no longer coming to the first game to be an honorary captain, filled us in on what alcohol sales will be like at the Big House, and more. We talked about the Detroit Lions in our second hour as Tim Twentyman from DetroitLions.com joined us. He and Huge went through all of the recent injuries, gave their thoughts on the new backup QB, looked ahead to this weekend's pre-season game against Kansas City, and more. We were then joined by Tim Staudt from Staudt on Sports in Lansing. He and Huge talked about some of the storylines surrounding camp, talked about Izzo taking his team on a trip to Spain, and more. We wrapped up the hour with Anthony Broome from theWolverine.com talking about Harbaugh not coming to the first game. He and Huge also talked about the QB situation, kickoff in two weeks, and more. We were joined by Graham Couch from the Lansing State Journal in our final hour to talk MSU Football. He gave us his impressions of the work that new Head Coach Jonathan Smith has done so far, talked about what the Spartan fan has to look forward to this year, and more. We then played Bill's earlier conversations with Ahmed Fareed and Clayton Sayfie. We wrapped up the show with Tim McCullough from the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mt. Pleasant. He filled us in on all of their great shows and promotions.
