A former school teacher, Nicole is a multi-passionate health and wellness author and speaker whose broad-ranging experience includes successfully developing her own jewellery line, hosting a TV children's program, establishing her own sleepwear label and publishing her cookbooks - 'Why it’s perfectly acceptable to eat dessert for breakfast’ and ‘Life’s too short for Diets’.

Most recently she is a passionate doTERRA Wellness Advocate and inspires people on how to live a low-tox life with essential oils. She is an advocate for self-love and joyful living and doesn’t like to be labelled or put in a box. She believes life is for living and while healthy food is important for the most part, nurturing the relationship we have with ourselves is the most important thing we can do. Nicole is raw, real and relatable and shares her love of food and life through her successful blog and social media platforms, and we are so excited for you to hear our chat!
