Introducing the new Right Pundits Podcast, hosted by yours truly (now all you libs can make fun of my voice in addition to my spelling mistakes and grammar errors). You can click here to get the podcast.

In this first podcast I have interviewed Prof. http://www.rightpundits.com/index.php/essay-about-deforestation/, who is a Constitutional law professor at UNLV law school. Prof. McAffee (also my father) is very close friend of Hon. Jay Bybee, who is the author of the so-called “torture memo”. Prof. McAffee has recently been on qualitative essay and interviewed by the summer holidays essay.

So, if you have an interest in politics at all, this might be interesting to you, he goes into what he thinks Bybee was trying to do and why he did it. McAffee is (as almost all law professors are) a big liberal, however his take on this is what I would consider pretty moderate, especially in comparison to what many of his colleagues would like to do to Jay Bybee.
