From growing up in a tough environment, recovering from a gunshot wound that would have ended his career forever, to making it to the NFL. Jawon Chisholm has overcome extreme adversity and is a strength coach that is paying it back to young athletes, teaching them the culture of what it takes to succeed.
From a young age, he was instilled with the hard work ethic and work program, and learning at the next level what is expected of him to succeed. Adapting to it has led him to the highest level of his sport and then not having it. The struggle of athletes when there sport ends is a real thing and a tough thing to overcome. Jawon teaches his athletes to understand the expectations and demands the best from his athletes. He coaches with that mentality and instill discipline and hard work during his sessions and progress athletes to their highest potential.
