Growing up, Payton was the oldest of five children. Captivated at a young age by Disney’s storytelling, Payton dreamed of dancing down Main Street, USA. She now holds her dream job and tells stories through the magic of Guest engagement as a Product Manager at The Walt Disney Company.
Payton always thought she would have a large family of her own, but after meeting the man of her dreams, securing her dream job, and beginning to settle down, things didn’t go as planned. Payton and her husband Jon are currently fighting a battle with infertility.
In the midst of her battle with infertility, Payton turned to something she has always loved to cope - writing. In 2020 she decided to take the plunge and write her first book which is inspired by her husband Jon and his story as a 9/11 surviving child. Her book, Rise from the Ashes, will explore the stories of 9/11 surviving children hoping to uncover what it means to bounce forward after tragedy. Pre-sales for Rise from the Ashes start in April of 2021.
