Lorin Anderson, who is a former student of the late Benjamin Bloom, revised Bloom’s Taxonomy and published Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy in 2001. Anderson basically revised the original Bloom’s Taxonomy by simply replacing the nouns with verbs for each category. In Addition, the new Bloom’s taxonomy places creating as the highest order thinking skill.
