Derek is the CEO of Vicktory Real Estate Group, a company specializing in the ownership and operation of 38 mobile home parks in the Southeast. With a passion for real estate and a drive for success, Derek has made a name for himself in the industry and is known for his ability to lead and achieve remarkable results. Derek moved to Florida with $300 in his pocket and a dream. He grew and built an insurance business from the ground up to a point where he was able to retire from that business and go into full time real estate investing. Derek purchased his first mobile home park in 2020 and in less than 3 years has grown that to 38 parks with almost 2000 lots.
Outside of work, Derek is a devoted family man and is married to his wife Jasmina, with a 2-year-old daughter named Lillie and another child on the way. When he's not working, Derek loves to stay active through workouts, spend time with his family, and continuously grow his business.
In addition to his professional and personal accomplishments, Derek is also known for his unwavering commitment to helping others shatter negative and limiting beliefs they may have about themselves and life. He strongly believes that with the right mindset and guidance, anyone can achieve greatness and is dedicated to being a source of inspiration and support for those around him.
