Rachel Downing is the daughter of Web (Raw's owner). She oversees operations and is helping her husband (Trevor) design and build Raw 2.0 in Bend Oregon. In this episode, we talk about how Raw's menu evolved from the beginning to what it is today. It all started with just the cold-pressed juice and the 4 original salads, to now an entire menu packed full of items such as waffles, parfaits, toast and much more.
